We appreciate you choosing us for your new bird! Here are a few important details. We ensure our birds are healthy before shipping. Before they leave, each bird gets a check-up. We also take pictures for our records. For safe arrival, we only ship Monday to Friday. We watch the weather at both locations because shipping takes 24-48 hours. Your local USPS will alert you when your bird arrives. Picking them up is less stressful for the bird. Give your new bird plenty of water upon arrival. If your bird doesn’t arrive safely, tell us within 48 hours. We will need pictures of any sick or deceased birds. After 48 hours, we aren’t liable for the bird’s health.
