This company went above and beyond for me and I will never forget it. I had ordered a male brown canary and was sent a female peach canary. I wasn’t sure what to do, as this was a living animal and she was very cute, just wasn’t what I was going for. So I waited a few days then decided to call the company. I sent in pictures of the sweet adorable girl and the next day I spoke with them and they said they would send photos of several brown canaries they had that were male and that I should choose which one I liked. I immediately emailed back with one of the birds circled. They said great, we are sending him to you. And they did! They sent the correct bird free of charge! And I could not believe the extra mile they went to make sure I had the bird I wanted. Unbelievable customer service ♥
Oh, and both birds were sent in the most fantastic live bird box I have ever seen: climate control, ventilated, food and water and everything. I was very, very impressed with this company and I shall keep them in mind for my future aviary needs, as you should too!
